About the Program:

Amazon has revolutionized retail by making online shopping fast and convenient. In the past 25 years, the company has established itself as the dominant player, controlling a fundamental part of the world’s digital infrastructure. But Amazon did more than just make it easier and faster to buy things; it altered the way sellers sell and the nature of commerce itself. Amazon imposes various rules and policies on its sellers, while enjoying an unprecedented data-driven understanding of the marketplace behind the scenes. In this event, we will dive into the conflicts between Amazon and its sellers, as well as among Amazon sellers themselves. Our experts will share stories from a seller’s perspective and discuss practices, policies, and internal regulations that Amazon uses to manage those day-to-day battles.
