There are two parts to the Exchange Student Application. Please read these instructions before submitting either Part I or Part II of the application. In addition, you will be sent information via email directly from the Baruch College Study Abroad Office.
- Both Part I and Part II are “fillable” and digital signature-enabled PDF forms, which means you can fill out many parts of the application using the free Adobe Reader software.
- Please complete all pages of Part I of the Exchange Student Application and submit the entire completed PDF file according to the instructions you have received as soon as possible, but no later than October 1st for entry in the following spring semester or April 1st for entry in the following fall semester.
- You will find detailed information online to help you understand the academic system at Baruch College, and to help you complete all parts of your application to study at Baruch College. Please read the instructions sent to you in a PDF file before you begin working on your application, because doing so will help you make the right choices, and help you avoid errors that might delay work on your course permissions and registration.
- You will need to send scanned photocopies of certain documents such as official transcripts when you submit your electronic application. You should prepare all such documents in advance so that you have them ready to upload to the Secure Document Drop.
