Please read these instructions carefully before submitting your Application.
- Because the form is a “fillable” and digital signature-enabled PDF form, you do not need to print the application unless you wish to have a copy for your own records.
- Please complete all pages of the Application and submit the entire completed PDF file as soon as possible, but no later than October 1st for entry in the following spring semester or April 1st for entry in the following fall semester.
- You will find detailed instructions online to help you complete all parts of your application to study at Baruch College. Please read the instructions before you begin working on your application, because doing so will help you make the right choices, and help you avoid errors that might delay work on your course permissions and registration.
- You will need to send scanned photocopies of certain documents such as official transcripts when you submit your electronic application. You should prepare all such documents in advance so that you have them ready to attach to the email you send us.
Once you have completed the Application, you should digitally “sign” the document by clicking on the highlighted signature field on page 2 of the application.
