Baruch College continues to earn national recognition for its graduate programs, as the Zicklin School of Business and Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs once again receive high rankings on U.S. News & World Report’s “2021 Best Graduate Schools” list.
Both Zicklin and Marxe graduate programs placed within the top three spots among public institutions—and ranked among the top six among public and private colleges and universities—in New York State.
Nationally, Zicklin ranked in the top 13% of all institutions for its Full-Time MBA program, and Marxe received its highest ranking to date—#17—for non-profit management.
Zicklin School of Business: “Many opportunities to get real world experience”
All three of Zicklin’s graduate MBA programs—Full-Time MBA, Part-Time MBA and MBA Accounting—rank #1 among public institutions in New York City. Part-Time MBA and MBA Accounting programs were determined as the best among public institutions in New York State.
“As one of the top ranked business schools in the nation, Zicklin continues to attract working professionals to our MBA with the innovative curriculum and flexibility of our programs,” said Fenwick Huss, PhD, Willem Kooyker Dean of the Zicklin School of Business.
U.S News and World Report called attention to Zicklin’s prime New York City location in its profile of the school—“since classes are in Manhattan, students in the Zicklin School of Business have many opportunities to get real world experience in the nearby Wall Street and Midtown regions, and at New York’s myriad company headquarters.”
Successful career outcomes are one of the hallmarks of a Zicklin graduate degree. According to Dean Huss, recent Zicklin graduate students have secured positions at some of the nation’s most sought-after firms, including EY, Morgan Stanley and BlackRock.
